Terms and Conditions of Use

Article 1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that members can use the shopping mall smoothly by stipulating the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between [travel_szul] (hereinafter referred to as the "shopping mall") and the members (hereinafter referred to as the "members").

Article 2. Justice

Services: all online shopping-related features and services provided by the mall.
Member: An individual who joins a shopping mall and uses the service.
Post: all content, including posts, photos, videos posted by members on the service.
Account: Personal identification information generated by members to use the mall.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Changes of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions take effect by notifying the mall, and all members must comply with them.
The mall may change these terms and conditions as necessary, and the changed terms and conditions take effect by notifying the mall. Members are responsible for checking the terms and conditions on a regular basis.

Article 4. Membership

You can apply for membership by entering the information required by the shopping mall.
Subscription applicants must register under their real names, and entering false information may disqualify them from membership.
Once membership is approved, members will be responsible for securely managing their account information.

Article 5. Duties of Members

Members manage their account information safely and should not share it with others.
Members shall not post posts or content that infringe on the rights of others, and the members shall bear the legal responsibility arising from this.
Members shall comply with laws and regulations and these terms and conditions, and shall not engage in any acts that interfere with the operation of the Services.
Members are responsible for any activities that occur while using the service.

Article 6. Use of services

The shopping mall allows members to use the service, and the service is subject to change at any time.
Shopping malls are not obligated to give advance notice of service interruption, change, or termination; however, we will notify you in advance if possible.

Article 8. Management of posts

The shopping mall has the right to review the posts posted by its members and may delete or modify the posts if they violate laws and regulations and these terms and conditions.
Members have the copyright to their posts, and the shopping mall can use them to operate their services.

Article 7. Ordering and Payment

Members can order products at the mall, and the information provided at the time of order must be accurate.
Payment is made according to the payment method provided by the shopping mall, and it is processed in an encrypted manner for the safety of the payment information.
Cancellation and refund after ordering will be carried out in accordance with the mall's policy.

Article 7-2. Order Cancellation and Refund

  1. Refund Eligibility and Limitations

  • Customers may request order cancellation before the product is shipped; however, cancellation is not allowed for made-to-order products, service-type products, or products explicitly notified as non-refundable in advance.

  • After receiving the product, refund requests due to a simple change of mind are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Refunds are granted only if the product and packaging remain undamaged and unused, and all related procedures (such as restoring the product to its original condition and returning all accessories) are properly followed.

  • Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not allowed in the following cases:

    1. Damage or deterioration caused by customer negligence, including signs of use or installation;

    2. Custom-made/ specially ordered products, limited-time promotional or event products;

    3. Cases where refunds are restricted by the Electronic Commerce Act or related laws;

    4. Products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase or reservation.

  1. Refund Request and Processing

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively through the customer service channels (phone, email, or 1:1 inquiry board), including all required information such as order number and reason for the request.

  • The company only approves refunds if a legitimate refund reason is confirmed. If the customer fails to meet the specified conditions, the refund may be rejected or costs such as shipping fees may be deducted.

  1. Shipping Costs for Refunds and Returns

  • In cases of refund or exchange due to change of mind or customer reasons, all round-trip shipping fees and refund processing fees shall be borne by the customer.

  • However, if the refund is due to product defects or the company’s responsibility, the company shall bear the shipping fees, provided that defect evidence is submitted and approved by the company after review.

  1. Refund Processing Timeframe and Method

  • Once the refund request is approved and the returned product is properly received by the company, the refund process will commence within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, virtual account, etc.) used by the customer. The actual refund date may vary depending on the financial institution or payment gateway policies.

  1. Other Provisions

  • If product defects, damage, or customer faults are found during the refund process, refunds may be restricted or additional charges may apply.

  • Any matters not specified in this article shall be governed by relevant laws including the Electronic Commerce Act and internal company policies.

Article 9. Limitation of Liability

The shopping mall is not liable for any damages incurred in connection with the use of the service, except where liability cannot be exempted by law.
Members are responsible for any disputes that arise through their services.

Article 10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these terms and conditions are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the head office location of the shopping mall in principle.
In the event of a dispute, members should contact the shopping mall first to ask for a resolution, and the shopping mall will consult to resolve the issue.
If the dispute is not resolved, it can be resolved through legal proceedings, in which case the court having jurisdiction over the mall's headquarters location will resolve it.

Article 11. Protection of personal information

Members' personal information is safely managed according to a separate personal information processing policy.
Members should manage passwords safely and should not share them with others for the protection of their personal information.

Article 12. Other provisions

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to relevant laws and regulations.
This Terms and Conditions will come into effect on [July 28, 2025.].
